The protection plan includes:
  • Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged devices. With insurance, the fee is $50; without insurance, the cost is $300.
  • Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged charging cables or device cases. With insurance, there is no fee; without insurance, the cost is $10 each.

Note: Any charges incurred by third parties during the rental period are the responsibility of the customer. If you have your own insurance, such as travel insurance or a policy that covers rental equipment, it may provide coverage for these costs. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm if their policy covers such situations.

What is WiFiDASH?
WiFiDASH is a portable hotspot rental service that delivers devices directly to you. Our portable hotspot devices allow you to easily connect to the internet by simply turning it on and entering the provided password. You can use our portable hotspot with your WiFi-enabled smartphone, laptop, or other devices.
How soon should I book my rental?
Book at least 4 business days in advance for on-time delivery with Standard Shipping (2 business days). Overnight Shipping is available for last-minute bookings, depending on availability.
What should I do if my schedule changes?
You can make changes to your booking up to 5 business days before the rental start date at no extra cost. After that, we may not be able to accommodate changes, and a fee may apply. Once the rental period begins, only extensions can be accommodated free of charge.
Can I use WiFiDASH in multiple countries?
Yes, you can use WiFiDASH in multiple destinations. During booking, simply select an additional plan for a second destination. For more than 2 destinations, contact customer support at info@wifidash.us with your itinerary.
How many devices can connect to one portable hotspot at the same time?
Up to 5 devices can connect simultaneously. Please note that data is shared among all connected devices, which may affect internet speed and increase data usage.
What should I do if I need more data?
Contact our customer support team at info@wifidash.us to request additional data.
When will the portable hotspot device be shipped?
We schedule shipment so that it will arrive 2 days before your trip begins. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. For timely delivery, we recommend booking as soon as your travel schedule is confirmed.
How do I return the portable hotspot device?
You can return the portable hotspot device and its accessories using the provided return shipping label. Please ensure everything is securely packaged and drop it off at a convenient FedEx office or drop-off location.
When is the return date for the rented portable hotspot device?
The device must be returned by the day following the end of your rental period. It will be considered returned once you drop it off at a FedEx office or pickup location, and the FedEx tracking site shows the status as “We have your package.”
