If your schedule changes after booking, you can modify the dates before the device is shipped. You can also extend the rental period even after it begins.

Easy Return by Mail

After returning to the U.S., just drop off the device at any FedEx location!
Use the return label included with the device and bring it to a FedEx office or drop-off point.

FAQs

What is NXT WiFi?
It’s a portable WiFi rental service that you can receive before your trip begins. It works with any WiFi-enabled devices such as smartphones or laptops.
By when should I make a reservation?
We recommend booking at least 4 business days in advance. If you're in a hurry, feel free to contact us.
How can I modify my reservation?
You can make changes for free up to 5 business days before your rental start date. After that, changes may not be possible. Extensions are accepted even after the rental starts.
Can I use it in multiple countries with one rental?
Yes. If you plan to use the service in multiple countries, please choose the Multi-Country Plans.
How many devices can I connect at once?
Up to 5 devices can be connected simultaneously. Please note that speed and data usage may increase depending on the number of connections.
What happens if I run out of data during my trip?
Please contact us at info@wifidash.us and we’ll guide you through purchasing additional data.
When will the device be shipped?
We will arrange shipping so it arrives two days before your departure date. Note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
How do I return the device?
Please use the included return label and drop off the device at a FedEx office or drop-off point.
What is the return deadline?
Please return the device by the day after your rental end date. The return is complete when FedEx tracking shows "We have your package."
