For Users of Regional Plans
South America and EU Plans are available only in selected countries within their respective regions.
Global Plan is available in all supported countries across all regions.
*South America and Global plans are 4G-only.
Insurance plan includes:
- Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged devices. With insurance, the fee is $50; without insurance, the cost is $300.
- Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged charging cables or device cases. With insurance, there is no fee; without insurance, the cost is $10 each.
Note: Any charges incurred by third parties during the rental period are the responsibility of the customer. If you have your own insurance, such as travel insurance or a policy that covers rental equipment, it may provide coverage for these costs. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm if their policy covers such situations.
